WARRANTY, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Recoil Now™, we want you to be confident with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our processes for warranty claims, returns, and refunds.


1. Warranty Coverage

Your device is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — for example, if a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under law.

RN-1 units may show minor cosmetic variation resulting from manufacturing, assembly, and functional testing. Such variation is normal, does not affect performance, and is not considered a defect.

What the warranty covers

  • Defects in materials or workmanship during normal use of the product

What the warranty does not cover

  • Misuse, abuse, accident, modification or disassembly
  • Use outside the intended training purpose
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic variation

If a defect arises during the warranty period, we may (at our discretion):

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Refund the purchase price

2. Returns & Refunds — What You Should Know

We accept returns and issue refunds where:

  • The product is faulty, or
  • The product fails to meet legal consumer guarantees

Change of mind

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind purchases. If you do request a change of mind return, it must be:

  • Within 30 days of delivery, and
  • The item must be in original condition

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

Please include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the fault (if possible)

We will respond within 2 business days.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved due to fault or defect, Recoil Now™ will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non‑refundable.

4. Refunds & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Once a return is received and processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
